ORDENANZA N° 1029/2002

“RATIFICACIÓN DEL CONVENIO MARCO DE REFINANCIACIÓN Y COMPENSACIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES RECÍPROCAS ENTRE PROVINCIA Y MUNICIPIOS Y COMUNAS”.

Art. 1º) RATIFÍCASE en todos sus términos el CONVENIO MARCO DE REFINANCIACIÓN Y COMPENSACIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES RECÍPROCAS ENTRE PROVINCIA Y MUNICIPIOS Y COMUNAS suscripto entre la PROVINCIA DE CÓRDOBA, representada por el Señor Secretario de Asuntos Institucionales, Políticos y Gremiales, Don JORGE LUCIANO MONTOYA y la MUNICIPALIDAD DE LA CIUDAD DE ARROYITO, representada por el Intendente Municipal, Don JULIO ARGENTINO FERREYRA y cuya copia forma parte de la presente Ordenanza.

Art. 2º) COMUNÍQUESE, Publíquese, dése al Registro Municipal y Protocolícese.”
